With the new GDPR legislation as of May 25th 2018, you have the right to request any information Weltech holds about you. This is so that you are aware of and can verify the lawfulness of the processing of your data. This is called a ‘GDPR Personal Information Request’ and you can request this information using the email address field below. This will then give you the information you have added to the site and also allow you to delete this information. Alternatively, you can write to us at Centre Management, Weltech Business Centre, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, Ridgeway, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL7 2AA to make your request.

At no charge, a copy of your personal information will be provided within one calendar month of receipt. This will be extended by a further two months where requests are complex or numerous. However, a fee will be charged where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if it is repetitive. Where necessary, you will be asked to verify your identity when making such requests.
