Having been a licensee for many years I often think why am I still at the Weltech Centre.

It could be the cost, excellent value!

It could be the flexibility, as my business has expanded and contracted I have been able to move units with ease.

It could be the sense of community, everyone is very friendly and often become each other’s customers.

Or even the very friendly and efficient management staff, always accommodating and willing to help.

It is always helpful to have free parking for us and our clients.

Although from time to time I have looked for alternative premises, I have never yet found anything more suitable.

Being located at the Weltech Business Centre has enabled us to grow as a business since moving here in early 2011 we have been able to move into larger units a couple of times as we have needed to expand the workforce. We also have many staff that work out in the community and need to drop into the office at various times during the week and it’s always a bonus to know that there is parking on site. Having a Reception and Post room is also so important to us as well as the availability of the Boardroom for meetings. On the whole being based here at the Weltech Business Centre is a real advantage to our business.

We’ve been at the Weltech Business Centre since May 1999, the buildings and surroundings are very well maintained. There’s excellent internet facilities, the centre staff are always accommodating and helpful. It’s a great place to work for new or established businesses.

I would like to say that as a Licensee of the Weltech Business Centre I can sincerely say that It is very well run and managed. We are asked what we like and what we don’t like. The Reception staff are very friendly and approachable and will deal with any requests promptly. It is a perfect place to start a business or for an established one. There is plenty of parking and a very nice conference room with tea and coffee facilities that is available to book
